Different choices can send data through different systems. We describe them separately and avoid blanket offline or privacy claims.
Your API key
Using your own key changes the billing and model account relationship. It does not automatically make OCR, storage, or the full workflow offline.
Local processing
Offline capability depends on the exact model, OCR, fonts, licensing, updates, and telemetry used. A verified offline configuration will be documented separately.
